The large-scale LED display on the first floor of Lotte Department Store Dongtan flows seamlessly through the open central space, connecting the ceiling and curved façade as a unified “media river.” Scenes of water and nature moving between real trees and landscaping naturally draw the attention of visitors traveling through the escalators and walkways, transforming the shopping route itself into an immersive spatial experience. LED.ART licensed a selection of media artworks, including 〈Aquarium〉, which vividly captures an underwater landscape, alongside works that delicately express the colors and depth of nature. The artworks harmonize with the curved display, surrounding greenery, and the refined atmosphere of the department store’s luxury retail spaces, adding visual depth and a fluid rhythm to the environment. As a result, the first floor becomes more than a shopping space—it is transformed into a memorable scene where art and nature flow together.
