"Now I See" is an exclusive series of liquid landscape alive paintings. In order to create these miniature sceneries on canvas, I follow a complex process of layering multiple coats of paint and let them half-dry before washing them out with water again and again until the paint looks like the surface of a planet. Displaying topographic elements like mountains, rocks, shores and the sea, the surface gets filled with inks and fluids to mimic the ways of water, wind and fog. Aerial and satellite views of planet earth have always been a deep source of inspiration for me. "Now I See" gives the viewer the chance to deeply travel into these abstract liquid landscapes in a peaceful manner and with plenty of space for imagination and relaxation.
