PRIMJEWD
JAN ERIK WAIDER

Shaped by glacial meltwater in Kachemak Bay, Alaska, fine sediments disperse through coastal waters, creating soft gradients of turquoise and deep blue. Suspended particles influence how light is absorbed and reflected, resulting in subtle tonal shifts and layered, semi-translucent structures. Slow currents and tidal movement form elongated lines and soft transitions that shift gradually over time. The composition emphasizes flow, texture, and balance, unfolding as a calm and continuous visual field.
