This piece from the Pillared Landscapes Study series presents one of the most fundamental formations of the collection. Composed of rectangular prisms varying in height and proportion, the work evokes a sense of orderly procession—as if the forms are marching in a single direction. The density of the pillars, paired with a vibrant color palette, creates an imagined cityscape where structures are tightly packed yet rhythmically aligned. It brings to mind urban grids, architectural repetition, or even surreal forests of geometry—spaces that feel simultaneously familiar and impossible. The result is a coded meditation on volume, rhythm, and imagined landscapes.
