Inspired by Vincent van Gogh’s Sunflowers, this work expands the still-life composition through the expressive power of color. Beyond the familiar warmth of yellow—the essence of the sunflower— the intense contrast with blue creates a quiet boundary of stillness. The two colors do not collide but reflect one another, each revealing the other’s temperature with greater clarity. Within the depths of color, the still form slowly dissolves; its subtle tremor spreads like emotion, shaping a new texture of feeling.
