This work is an homage to Gustav Klimt’s masterpiece Birch Forest, and an attempt to add a new dimension of time and life to his flat, decorative world. The vertical tree trunks and pointillist leaves create a subtle rhythm, as if each moves at its own pace in a gentle breeze. It evokes the impression of a forest breathing quietly— inviting the viewer into a state of deep meditation and contemplation.
