The first step of the Cat Walk series is “Walking Along Yangjaecheon.” This work captures a moment in which a cat leisurely wanders through nature, and it originated from the inspiration the artist felt when first opening a media art exhibition space near the forest path along Yangjaecheon. More than a single artwork, it became a deeply meaningful concept that opened the door to new spaces and narratives. Through light and movement, the piece simultaneously captures the stillness of the landscape and a gentle sense of rhythm, allowing everyday scenery to be reimagined within a space where reality and imagination quietly intersect.
