Veil explores an uncertain layer suspended between appearance and disappearance, between the moment a form begins to emerge and the moment it dissolves. Washed in violet, blue-gray, and pale pink, the image feels less like a rigid structure than a translucent membrane, a thin skin, or an interior surface submerged in light. The elongated organic forms and the fold at the center create a condition in which inside and outside, surface and depth, revelation and concealment continuously overlap. Rather than depicting a clearly defined subject, the work visualizes the ambiguous interval before perception fully settles. In Veil, limen appears not as a dividing line, but as a delicate membrane through which different states blend, filter, and permeate one another.
