EXHIBITION CURATION is a service where we propose artworks from LED.ART that align with your concept for temporary, non-profit exhibitions.
For commercial uses, such as paid exhibitions, advertising, and other media distribution, different policies and licensing fees apply than those provided on the website. Please contact us at cs@led.art for more information.
We could offer various types of assistance depending on the customer's situation.
For customers who already have hardware: We listen to your opinions on space concepts and assist in curating concepts and selecting artworks.
For customers considering new hardware installations: We provide consultation on space concepts, curation of artworks, and advice on the types and forms of hardware. Depending on your needs, we can support you with a TOTAL SERVICE, including the creation of new content and the installation of hardware.
Based on the resolution and aspect ratio of the media you provide, additional costs may incur for tasks such as scale-up or mirroring. Furthermore, if you request logo incorporation or partial customization of the artwork, additional charges will also apply.
Due to the varying type, quality and use environment, the colours and resolution of our art works played on your display screen may appear differently from as seen on your monitor screen. We are unable to adjust or retouch the colours, contrast, brightness or any other aesthetic aspect of our works to suit your particular display or use requirement. Our art works are licensed 'as is' in an electronic file, and the performance of our art works will rest with you.
Our media art works are tailored and delivered specifically for the display device you have designated and informed us of. As such, they are technically unfit for any other display device, and we are unable to amend, edit, re-work or change once your order has been processed. In particular, no withdrawal, termination or refund is available for the reasons of:
- change of mind
- problems caused by and at incompatible display system (e.g. buffer and freeze, poor resolution, colour distortion)
- any other techincal errors not related to our works
The media art content provided by LED.ART is a service that licenses content that can be quickly used for various types of displays. Unlike a stock service that provides a image or video file which can be a basic source for create various artworks, LED.ART's media art content license provides a completed artworks that can be played and used, without re-produce, on large format of display installed/operated indoors and outdoors. LED.ART is a media art content licensing platform presented by d’strict, a world-class digital design company famous for stunning public media art works, and CJ CGV, a global digital space experience company.
We highly recommended that to decompress the file only once on the media server that you actually use licensed media art content. After the decompress, you may register and play content with player or CMS used by that media.
All media art contents that you ordered will be delivered after adjust to fit on license user's media, so that license user can apply the content to user's media immediately after receiving.
In order to make process faster, you can prepare below information and delivery to us in advance.
Most of media art contents serviced by LED.ART can be customized for media that have high-resolutions (over 6K) or irregular ratios. If you advise us the content you would like to use and your media spec (resoltion/ratios), our CS team(CS@LED.ART) will check and revert to you with answer whether it is available or not.
All media art contents serviced by LED.ART can be supported up to 4K resolution, and some media art contents can be supported up to 8K resolution. You can check the lowest/highest resolution range on each media art content detail page. If you need any help regards to resolution, please contact to CS team (CS@LED.ART)
Our team are also available to create new content.
If you can't find the media art content you wantin LED.ART and would like to create tailor-made content only for your special space and media, you can order new media art content to us.
Among the media art contents serviced by LED.ART, if you would like to modify/change the object shape, color, etc. to suit your taste; or if the user's media resolution is too large (more than 6K); or if the ratio of the media art content you want to use does not match the user's media, you can customize the media art content via require.

Media art content will be delivered 'one time' through download service platform (Google Drive or Dropbox) which is in a zip compressed file format with a unique password given to each license user.
After ordering the license, signed the contract and payment is completed, It takes about five business days for delivery. If you have a special occasion or in urgency, please contact to CS team (CS@LED.ART)
If you cancel your purchase after ordering a media art content license, the purchase cancellation conditions will be different according to each of the following steps;
1. In case of free charge of cancellation:
- Before Invoice is issued.
2. In case of 10% of cancellation fee is occurred:
- After payment is completed.
3. In case of cancellation is impossible:
- After licensed media art content is delivered.

License user are not allowed to disclose, distribute and reproduce second artworks by modifying/editing media art contents delivered by purchasing a media art content license.
License user can purchase a media art content license and use it for playback purposes on media installed in commercial spaces such as office lobby/hotels/shopping malls/cafes/DOOH/fair & exhibition. We strongly do not allow all commercial use, in case of purchase a media art content license from LED.ART and modify/edit content to second artworks; disclosing, reproducing, distributing, exhibiting, and selling it for print/ad/packaging/product production.
The media art content license serviced by LED.ART can be purchased on behalf of actual media user. However, when you fill in the user information, the user must be specified as the actual media ower (or operator) and actual using site and media information should be applied.
